Series Notes:
1. The only illustrations are the frontispieces. Formats 2 and 3 have a portrait of the named historical figure. Format 1 has a glossy picture of Lincoln carrying a little boy on his shoulders.
2. Winston published its Lincoln (Format 2) edition in 1915 and its Washington Edition in 1916.
3. The 1916 and 1923 editions of the Heart of Lincoln are expanded versions of the 1909 Biddle Press book.
